GY Aquatics Center Plans 2025 Opening

The Greater Yellowstone Aquatics Center was born out of a simple community need: bring high quality, accessible swimming along with water safety instruction to the entire community. GYAC is moving closer to its planned summer 2025 completion. A conceptual design for the nearly $30+ million aquatics facility includes a 50 meter competition pool providing altitude training and regional swim meets, Learn to Swim and recreational pool for all ages, Physical Therapy pools for health and recovery and outdoor splash park.

Our uniquely qualified team has a vision for Montana's first state of the art facility. You will be invited to explore our engaging and diverse programming schedule. GYAC will be one of the most complete aquatics center in the nation. We invite you to explore our engaging and diverse course schedule.

We are actively building relationships with the city and other entities to partner in this build. We are looking for a home and invite all ideas.
